In the event that you receive a damaged item, request for exchanges must be made within 3 days upon delivery of merchandise. To be eligible for a return of that item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in it's original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all damaged merchandise to our business for exchange/credit.
Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).
Damaged items must be received back within 15 days. If your return is accepted, once received and in acceptable condition, your store credit will be applied or replacement item will be sent out. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If an item is received after 15 days upon delivery of merchandise it will not be accepted.

Shipping: We take our time to make sure your orders are done correctly!
Please note, processing, packaging, and shipping for orders typically take up to 14 business days. Delays can occur, due to the manufacturer, holidays, etc. Internationally shipped orders may take longer depending on the destination.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If the item is no longer available, the credit can be used on another store item.
